Joel was excellent and deserves 5-stars for his service and expertise. The only issue I had, which is not reflective of Joels work performance, is that I was told via the scheduling representative that I would incur a service fee for a repair person to come out and diagnose the issue. However, if I was to move forward with the repair then that service fee would be inclusive. Yet, it was added to the total (parts, labor, and service fee) which is not what I expected.
