I was very impressed with the ease of getting an appointment. My service technician was very knowledgeable and educated me on my refrigerator filter. He needed to order a part and said it would be in, within 3 business days. Green Guys called me and we set up another time to complete the job. I was very happy with the service of the company and my technician. I would highly recommend them.
