"Performed diagnostic on the unit. The customer reported that the dryer is squeaking. Upon inspection, I found that the 4 roller wheels and pulley wheel need to be replaced, and also heard that the motor is making a loud sound. The issue is caused by normal wear and tear, and not taking care of the squeaking in time put a strain on the motor. To resolve the problem, the following repair is needed: replace all wheels and the motor, taking the dryer down. The total cost for the repair will surpass getting a new unit. Recommended to get a new unit. Specifically LG dryer and stack it with a stacking kit on top of the LG washer according to code."

Diagnosed the issue opened the washer. discovered that the gear is leaking and rusty. Recommended to get a new washer as its not cost effective to repair.

Dryer annual cleaning and maintenance: Took apart the dryer, cleaned all lint inside and each component. Vent cleaning service: Inspects the dryer vent with our special vent camera, ran cleaning brushes both ways from inside and out. Vent is clean. Tested the dryer unit is working and clean like new.

inspected the refrigerator, found evidence of Freon leak, and also the compressor is most likely faulty. recommended to get a new unit as it is not cost-effective to repair.
