The technician was friendly and polite. He found that the problem was not with our washer but with the drain, so the charge was the just the low one for diagnosis. He also explained something about our dryer that had been puzzling us.

My refrigerator went out and Green Guys was able to prioritize my needs and see me later that day. Joel was really friendly and professional and was able to identify the problem very quickly. Unfortunately my fridge was beyond repair but Joel is very knowledgeable and gave me great advice in looking for a new fridge. He recommended brands and retailers that are better than what I had and who could get it to me quickest. All around a great experience.
