I have had the Green Guys service my appliances 3 times. Each time I knew there was a $119 flat charge to come and diagnose the problem.
With the dryer, Joel was able to identify the problem and fix it.
With the washer, he took it apart but was unable to find a problem so he put it back together and it works just fine.
With the dishwasher, he told me the price of the part to fix the problem and I decided it would be less expensive to replace the dishwasher.
With my dishwasher, the filter was cleaned out and Joel told me not to use so much soap.
Overall, great experiences.

Second time I’ve called them (first was for washer and dryer). Lights on dishwasher kept blinking and controls were unresponsive. Joe came out and identified the problem—the motherboard needed replacing. Gave me cost options that helped me make a decision.
